Excellent to work with

I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience in selling my parents home after their passing. She was very understanding of the time it was taking me to get the house ready to put on the market. There was no rush. Once it was listed, we had showings the 1st day. It was in contract in a short amount of time and I was very happy with the results. Working with Valerie was like working with a close friend. I definitely felt like she had my best interest in mind throughout the entire process.

She was more than patient with us, always available to show whatever house we thought we might like, and let us take our time really looking at each one, even showing us our final home more than once! From contract through closing, Valerie was always available via text or phone, and made sure we always knew what was going on. We really enjoyed working with this pleasant and patient woman!
